From the very start, we want to make sure you have the training you need to build a successful real estate business. There is an array of different classes, sessions and trainings in place from one-on-one to group settings for you to take advantage of.
Onboarding
Our dedicated support team collaborates with you to seamlessly integrate and synchronize all your technological tools and profiles. Whether it's aligning office printers or navigating the Marketing Resource Center, their goal is to facilitate a seamless onboarding process, ensuring you're primed and prepared to hit the ground running.
REmastery
From experienced to new agents - we will guide you through each aspect of real estate from contracts, due diligence, to day-to-day processes. Our goal as a company is to prepare and support all agents for success. This week long course covers everything from the tools available to negotiating tactics.
Mentor Program
You are not alone. A critical aspect of our Career Development department and one that separates Select Properties from all other real estate companies, is the Mentor Program. Each new associate is assigned a mentor that works with them through the first 365 days in business. Your mentor will establish a precise and personalized roadmap to help you achieve your goals.
